Speaking of plastic soft tube packaging that is inseparable from our plastic tube filling sealing machine. By whether to manually put the tube into the turntable mold we can divide the machine into full automatic plastic tube filling sealing machine and semi-automatic plastic tube filling sealing machine. The general working process of the plastic tube filling process is as follows.
Step 1: through the automatic tube feeding device, the orderly arrangement of the plastic tube to be filled from the large-capacity tube silo, It is then automatically inserted into the positioning mold. This previous step is for the full automatic plastic tube filling sealing machine, if you choose the semi-automatic plastic tube filling sealing machine then you need to manually insert the tube into the positioning mold.
Step 2: The positioning die rotates with the turntable and sends the tubes to the second station for alignment in order to correct the direction of the tube pattern and ensure the correctness of the subsequent work.
Step 3: The plastic tubes which finish the alignment will be rotated to the next station for filling. Through the plunger-type quantitative filling valve which is directly connected to the barrel body, it can realize the accurate and automatic filling with the body, and by adjusting the capacity adjustment table, different filling capacities can be obtained.
Step 4: The turntable rotates, the hose filled with the material is quickly brought to the next station, and the heating copper block heats the tube.
Step 5: The turntable continues to rotate, and the tube will be sealed at this station, and the production date and batch number will be automatically printed on the end of the tube after it is sealed.
Step 6: For a beautiful sealing effect, the tail will be cut at the next station to ensure a flat end of the pipe.
Step 7: Export the finished tube with the above process completed.
